Upgrading of National Road no. 31 as part of the Project Task (Work Package) titled: Demolition and construction of the road bridge at km 107+211 mark of National Road No. 31 in Kostrzyn nad Odrą (at 2.45 km mark of the Warta River) implemented as part of the Odra-Vistula Flood Protection Project: Contract 1B.5 Reconstruction of bridge to ensure a minimum clearance.
